Refund policy
Since all our products are made to order, cancellations can only be accepted before production begins. Once an order is in the production process, it cannot be canceled.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you at no additional cost.
For undamaged items, returns are accepted for exchange or in-store credit only. We do not offer refunds.
